On SSSal's suggestion, I was thinking about serving the buckle to our house guests next week for breakfast. THEN, WWBob suggests wine. For breakfast?? On the other hand, it's a great idea. Sugar in the buckle, wine - they'll go into a food coma, go back to bed, and I'll have my morning free.
Thanks, Bob & Crabby!
CeresAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1800413003522809580.post-90072070384320215922008-07-23T03:52:00.000-07:002008-07-23T03:52:00.000-07:00That blueberry buckle looks really good! Brachetto d'Aqui is a low alcohol, slightly effervescent red wine that needs to be served chilled with berry desserts. The wine has a flavor of roses and raspberries. Banfi makes a popular one that sells for about $20 a bottle. I believe the name is Rose Regali, but don't quote me. You will do fine looking for a Brachetto.

WWBobAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
