It will work nicely with this sauce.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I do get bored with boring wine. Now that the holidays are over, the salesmen are tasting me on the boring wines that did not sell for the holidays.  Two wine grapes to look for this time of year that are inexpensive and worthy are the Primitivo grape from Salento, the back heel of Italy's boot, and the Nero d'Avola from Sicily.  Easy drinking, good with red sauce, or any red meat dish.
